Not only did they promptly return the documents I had accidentally left behind, but they also went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. the ironing facilities were a lifesaver, and the heating kept the cottage cozy during the chilly evenings. I especially appreciated the sitting area, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the nearby towns like Betws-y-coed and Llandudno. the terrace and garden furniture provided a lovely outdoor space to enjoy the fresh air, while the dining table was ideal for enjoying meals cooked in the well-equipped kitchen. the free toiletries were a nice touch, and having access to a washing machine and dryer made it easy to keep up with laundry. I also had the pleasure of dining at Watson's Bistro and Alfredo Restaurant, both of which were within walking distance and offered delicious meals. Overall, my stay at this cottage exceeded my high expectations, thanks to the impeccable service, comfortable amenities, and convenient location. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking to explore the beauty of Conwy and its surrounding areas.
